In which games will you see the 1.8 more teraflops of the XboxSeriesX compared to the Ps5?

In the beginning there was e.g. Valhalla said that both consoles only manage 30fps at 4k. Ubisoft has now confirmed that both can make 60. That means that they are roughly or exactly on the same level, they have different architectures.

What will the remaining 1.8 Tflops of the XboxSeriesX be for?

The remaining 1.8 teraflops can be used for ray tracing, even at a resolution of 4K with a refresh rate of 60 frames per second. Or you can use the remaining teraflops, for example for more FPS (e.g. 120fps) or for a higher resolution (e.g. 8K)

So the following could happen:

Playstation 5 in Assassin's Creed only 4K @ 60Fps without ray tracing.

while the Xbox Series X in Assassin's 4K @ 60fps with ray tracing would manage.

I also think it's so funny that the Playstation 5 is always advertised so nicely with its ray tracing, but we weren't even allowed to see how it will be on the Playstation 5. But it is not surprising either. Raytracing is bad on the Playstation 5. It has as many cores as an RTX2060 has a mid-range GPU. Which means that most games can't be displayed really smoothly with ray tracing.

In no multiplatform titles at all. If at all, with exclusive titles, because no developer specifically adapts a multiplatformer to two different consoles. In direct comparison, these will be the same, as has always been the case so far. And exclusive titles can't be compared accordingly.

In the current generation, the two consoles (PS4 Pro / Xbox One X) are much further apart and you can see absolutely no differences. It's just naive to think that it looks different now that both consoles are nearly identical. The XSX is better in just two specs (TF and texture fill rate), in all other areas the PS5 has the lead.

And in contrast to the PC, a pure slight increase in TF (15%) means nothing at all, since it depends on the entire system architecture.

To expect something else is pure fanboy dreaming, which will be confirmed in the future.

I'll buy both consoles, but I'll use the PC version anyway if there's one.

15.3% to be a little more precise

Thanks for the values. Do I have to save somewhere in any case.

Interesting.
