I've had the G432 for about 1.5 years and I've always been satisfied, but my microphone has stopped working since noon today. At first I unplugged it via AUX on the Xbox and heard everything perfectly, only my friends couldn't hear me. I thought it was because of the Xbox, which is why I went to my PC and tried it there on the Discord. I plugged it in via USB (with the adapter supplied) and it doesn't work there either. What amazes me is that it has not been possible since noon today, but in the morning. At least I suspect that it was early in the morning.

I'm playing on the PS4 but can you see when you're talking? So on the Xbox or the PC. Have the same headset
Nope with both. If I have to mourn and dismay, then you can see it for a very short time but no longer

I did everything I could on the Xbox. Hard resets and much more. On the PC I was on the Logitech software but then I had no hope of saving it
Unfortunately it was from the Amazon warehouse and I don't think there's any guarantee there. Besides, I wouldn't have the invoice anyway (I think? There's no invoice at the warehouse, I think)
