I let it dry and now it works again.

With a USB cable it works perfectly but no connection can be established without a cable.

The radio module could have been damaged. Let it dry for a few more days. Maybe you have luck.
The liquid has probably grilled the controller's Wi-Fi chip ^^ above that communicates the box with the gamepads
