Dishonored 2 response time too high on xbox one x, what to do?

So if I move the joystick on the controller I see the results after a while (after 0.7 sec I think). It might be an imput but my friends have the same problem even though they play on playstation and the other games work great on the xbox. Is there in the game settings where you can make the Reaktiosnzeit shorter? Lg
