Where can you currently buy something like Xbox or ps4 in the store? In Bavaria, Media Markt or something has closed everything
It's pretty difficult right now. You could try private purchases. (ebay, ebay classifieds etc.)
I hope you didn't buy premium shipping (it costs money). It may be that the package arrives late because of the holidays. There works e.g. DHL doesn't.
If you allude to Amazon then this is actually due to the increased order volume so that the delivery times for such things take longer.
Almost all stores are closed across Germany.
So just keep ordering. But not only Amazon. You can also order directly from Media Markt. Or any other major mail order company.

There are enough online retailers besides Amazon.
But whether they all work reliably and quickly at the moment?
Certainly the former, of course I don't know the latter.
But it is always safer like Ebay or even a used one.

Despite Corona, some shops are open. With us in the big supermarket there would be that too.
So feel free to ask the specialist dealer around the corner. They often ship at the moment or you can pick up orders there.
Which supermarket? With us in real, actually, but currently they have no console there ^^

With us the market purchase has some. But in other places around here, the entertainment department is said to be completely closed.
