Doom Eternal automatic mod?

I would like to ask because this problem has been with me for weeks. At Doom Ethernal there's the automatic mod for the shootgun when I use it freezes the game and crashes. The current patch didn't help either. Is this a known problem and do others have it?

P.s. Only this one has the problem already reinstalled and everything is playing on the XBox one X.

I'm not aware of the problem. I've never heard of it before.
Maybe you write to support? Things like that will help you better.
