Xbox sold, buyer claims it's broken and wants their money back what to do?

I recently sold my Xbox and it actually works without any problems. The buyer now claims it only works sometimes and now wants his money back what should I do?

Maybe ask if he can prove to you that it doesn't work? Video or something
