Is it very harmful to pull out the power while the Xbox Series X is running?

With mine it was done accidentally and I'm afraid something is broken now

I used to do that with my Wii, it still works flawlessly today, I think it shouldn't be a problem even with the newer consoles.

Since, as far as I know, these things now have almost no mechanical components installed, that's not so wild. Of course, the route proposed by the manufacturer is better.
