Xim Apex adapter is not working?

I have the Xim Apex adapter for my Xbox One S set up new firmware on it and everything preset when I put it in my Xbox has everything fit I've set everything and was able to play the next day I turned on the console and there was nothing left my mouse we did not recognize my Tastertur (habs synonymous with others tried) now have a new Xim in which it is not synonymous. Do I have to change something in my settings or what am I doing wrong?

Why should you ever use something like that. When I buy a console, I know in advance that I want to and must play with the controller.
