Microsoft account blocked for no reason?

I wanted to register today and then came across it:

I created the account 3 days ago and bought an Xbox Ultimate Game Pass so I can play a few games on my PC. I don't know now whether that has anything to do with it, but why was it then blocked and why does it say "Your account will be unblocked". Doesn't that make any sense? Or does someone have access to my account?

I wanted to request a verification code afterwards, but had only one attempt, the SMS somehow didn't come and should now wait until tomorrow.

Does this happen often or should I be concerned?

Where did you get this message directly on your Windows / Xbox profile or by email

if it is by mail check the sender if necessary you have been hacked and have to change all your data immediately

That was on the official Microsoft site. I click on register. You will be redirected to account.live.com and the message will appear.

Then contact microsoft directly and hack there
they can also tell you exactly the reason for the suspension
