I would like to buy a 4K monitor for the new Xbox again, but I also want to connect my PC to it via DisplayPort on which I play in Full Hd, my computer doesn't handle 4K. Does it work as usual or are there any problems because I only installed one Strix Rx570 8Gb?

FullHD (1920x1080) on a 4K (3840x2160) display works well because the pixels are divisible with each other. Doesn't see so well e.g. FullHD on a WQHD monitor.
However, 4K displays are usually correspondingly large, so you will likely see pixels.
Technically, this is possible without any problems. You can certainly also run your Windows at 4K.
In games, however, you have to switch back to 1080p, which is technically possible, but usually looks horrible.
