Why is my Xbox Controller not charging?

I recently bought 1 Xbox controller and now the battery is empty, if I want to recharge I can only play it but if I'm out of it and want to play it that way wireless does not work because it still has no battery

I suppose you use the enclosed batteries and these do not charge because they are just that, batteries.

In contrast to the Playstationcontroller, there's no permanently installed battery. Microsoft only adds a few normal batteries. However, you have the choice as you would like to operate it and do not come in danger of having to dispose of the controller when the battery is broken.

Either you use the cable, normal batteries, an economic and ecological disaster, your own batteries but need their own charger or and this is the best option, the optional Play and Charge Kit.

So you have a suitable battery pack which a cable to the load while playing games included and on top of that, the battery is not only powerful but also durable.
