Public solo lobby?

I have been playing gta5 online on xbox one for a long time and have been looking for a method how to get a public solo lobby for a long time. My nat type is not available, which is why it has become more difficult to find one.

Simply go to the Internet settings on your PS4 / 5 and set your MTU to a 3-digit number. Then you look for a public meeting. If there are people who come in anyway, they have the same MTU value as you otherwise have a solo public lobby
