I think that is different and depends on the utilization of the technicians. I have also sent my Xbox for repair once and it took me about 1.5 weeks. It can be natural that it takes longer in times of Corona.

Well, thanks to the current Corona crisis, this can drag on, especially since it also affects shipping.
You can't generalize this, but I would expect about 2 to 4 weeks of X-Box abstinence.
