I recently got 30 euro Xbox / Microsoft credit as a gift, but since I have a PC, I would like to ask if you can buy Rainbow Six Siege for PC with Microsoft credit anywhere.

No that doesn't work because Rainbow six Siege is only available on Steam / Epic / Ubisoft and not in the Microsoft store.
