How do I disable game sync on xbox one?

I have 2 XBOX one consoles and they always synchronize (the game status would always be loaded from the other console (cloud))

How do you turn that off?

Sorry but I don't understand the point of your question.

The game status is deliberately synchronized so that you can continue to play your game status seamlessly on another device with the same account.

That can't be turned off.

Either you use a different profile, a second saved game or disconnect the console from the Internet.
