How do I stream games on PC using Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

I bought the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to stream games like Forza Horizon 4 because my PC is too bad how do I do it or is it only possible to stream it on Android and on PC it is played normally through the own PC hardware?

As of now (December 20, 2020), you can only stream games via the XboxCloud on Android devices. The implementation for Windows, Mac & IOS will not follow until spring 2021.

And as you have already correctly explained, the games are calculated using your own hardware on the PC.
