I have several games installed with Game Pass, e.g.

Just Cause 4. Now I ask myself can I play the games even without a network connection, I downloaded them?

I do not believe that MS checks the licenses before starting the game. I'm not sure though. Give it a try.

At just cause 4 it is offline too
