Xbox one turns on and off again?

Is it normal for the Xbox one S to go on every 5 minutes and then turn it off again? There's no picture but you can hear that it turns on briefly, e.g. The external hard drive on my xbox one s goes on, fan, etc. The Xbox is set to start quickly.
