Xbox One automatically turns on with TV?

I have an Xbox One S and it always turns on automatically when I turn on my Samsung Smart TV (I do not know the exact name). It is really annoying when I have to turn off my Xbox again every time (to save power) when I want to watch TV. Does one know where to turn it off? I have already looked through all the settings of the TV and the Xbox and googled, but I can't find an answer, can someone help me there?
