YouTube won't load, what could be the problem?

So I have the following problem:

ON PS4 and XBOX ONE S.

when I look for a video on YouTube, then click it, it doesn't start, just a black screen and the time stops at 0:00 and it just doesn't play.

what can be the reason? It is the same with both consoles. And only since today.

It is certainly not due to the internet because I can do everything else (play online and so on)

I've also restarted several times, uninstalled and reinstalled YouTube.

I never had it on the PC until now, unless my provider switched it off itself or carried out a "refresh"!
