XBox 360 flickers over HDMI?

Hello,
Today I wanted to play something with the Xbox360 again. After seeing that the XBox only supports Super Video and Scart (and RGB), I bought an adapter (for 11 euro) from Scart to HDMI. Now I wanted to connect it and lo and behold I only had one picture on "TV" (XBox Out) and my picture just looked terrible. The colors were wrong and every second the top of the picture slid black. I tried all the settings on the hardware but couldn't get a better picture. The settings on the TV didn't get any better either.
Does anyone have a solution?

HDMI cable not 100% included? Possibly

Hm, I put it out again and packed it back in again, it didn't bring anything and that can't be of low value because that's the one from my AOC monitor
