Play at Microsoft or Xbox but can't play anymore?

Hi people my problem is that I bought a game (Forza Horizon 3) for PC in Microsoft Store a long time ago but had recently formatted my hard drive which means everything has been deleted and now I can't download the game had the game back then bought at Mmoga and today I have no more code and do not know with which email I had at Mmoga… Can someone help me there?
