Do the PS 4 and Xbox one controller have motion control? And if so can you use them in shooters to aim?

The PS4 definitely has a sensor in it that registers the movements, but in order to use it to aim at shooters, it has to be programmed into the game and I think that's rather rare.

but this is only used by very few games, eg Flower

for shooters, that's not exactly enough either
