Ark: Survival Evolved for Xbox without Internet?

I would like to buy the game Ark for the Xbox One. Now my problem is that I have no internet at all. So neither Wi-Fi nor enough mobile data. Does the game, if you bought it as a DVD, additionally install on the Xbox with Internet to start it or could I start playing right? Of course I do not want to play with other players but alone. At GTA I have the experience that it had to install for hours before even though I did not buy it online.
