Has anything changed in GTA Online?

I'm unfortunately back in the Spielberderber lobby but this time I find no meeting with more than 5-10 players. The last time I was in it was loose around the 20-30 players. Have tried for different primeval times and find only those with max 10 players or even come in empty sessions.
