Xbox One S headset without adapter.,?

I bought an Xbox One S and am now looking for a headset with a microphone. I've already ordered two headsets, but you need an adapter to the controller, now my question is whether someone knows a gaming headset for the Xbox where you don't need a special adapter to the controller and where the microphone and sound work.
