Microsoft account?

I want to sign in to my Microsoft account, but I forgot my password. I can't have the security code sent to me because it would be sent to my old cell phone, which I no longer have. I never had an Outlook, Skype or XBOX account. Does any of you know a way how I can still reset my password?
