My Xbox sounds like an airplane is about to start, I wanted to unscrew it and clean it but I saw that if you do that the warranty expires.

I suspect the fan, what with outside temperatures of currently well over 30 degrees and correspond to the heat indoors but normal. Is the console in a sideboard or TV rack? Because this also makes the console overheat faster and also the room works around it as a sound box and amplifies the sound of the already heavily used cooling system.
I recommend to set the console open with enough space to all sides. Alternatively, you can still suck the vents if they are too.
Also, I have the feeling that the ventilation is more stressed when a game is not read from disk but from the hard drive.
