Xbox one S with 120hz, 144hz?

I have an Xbox one with a BenQ Zowie XL2411P gaming monitor and play on HDMI and reach a sad 60 fps. Can I achieve 120hz or 144hz with HDMI DVI cable? I would be happy if I already had 75hz but not even that. But with HDMI DVI cable? 🧐

Well, the Xbox One games (and console games in general) only run at a maximum of 60fps.
