How can I play GTA Online with friends (Xbox One + PC)?

I got Xbox live gold and then played GTA online. I would like to play GTA online but with my friends.

My question: How can my friends adden me as a friend and we come together on a server? If we adhere as a friend through the social club, where do I open the social club?

You can join the friends you have on Xbox. Then you come to the same server as you. To my knowledge, this works only if you've been friends on Xbox. I guess you can't add people who are using a PC as a friend.
