PlayStation Network takes back purchased games, can they do that?

I bought Call of Duty Cold War on the PS4 in mid-December and have played it every now and then, the game was blocked earlier and the 5 euro transferred back. I bought it from a PSN offer or from a bug (probably more like a bug), but can they just take the game back after a month? I mean, how should I know whether it was an offer or a mistake and they also took their time. I was able to play it for 1 month. And maybe I would have taken up another offer in the meantime, I would not have got hold of it there so cheaply, now I'm also rid of the previous offers, stupid. Should I contact PSN Support when they are so brazen I want to switch to Xbox, seriously.

If a bug was theoretically yes

Jo

Yes, but I was able to play the game for 1 month. How long did they want to take their time and how should I know that it was a bug. I should also be compensated.

Li

The bug had to be used consciously. 😅 So yes

Ze

Well you got your money back?

Jo

It's not compensation.

Ni

Once you've got your money back, I don't see a problem if the price was wrong in the first place. You probably weren't the only one who took advantage of the offer, which is why it might have taken so long. Wait for a new offer, you basically haven't lost anything.

Restoring licenses may help you find instructions.

Jo

Nah, Sony is history for me after this campaign. I would have understood if they would have withdrawn it immediately, but let it play for 1 month and then take it back, I think it's not okay. Others may disagree, but even if it is a bug, Sony should act accommodating because, as in my case, they can get rid of customers and thus a lot of money. I couldn't decide on the new consoles, but that would have made the decision.

Jo

Bro CP is even more catastrophic, I mean they offer a game that is not playable at all and then withdraw it. You have to imagine how many points of contact they must have failed before it landed on PS Network of course. And those from Sony are then again extra stupid.
