How can I play this mode as well? Is that only on PC or on Xbox One
This is only possible on PC. Then you just have to download FiveM or RageMP and then register on the website of the RP Server. For many servers, however, you have to play the whitelist in order to play. This is different then sometimes you have to write an application with your role that you want to play or learn the server rules and then go with a server supporter in the TeamSpeak, which asks you then the rules.
PS: For most servers you have to be at least 18 years old or if you are 16, get the consent of your parents.
