Games can be borrowed from the Leipzig City Library. Devices unfortunately not.

There's still a video library on Industriestraße in Schleußig http://www.westend-leipzig.de/

But they don't have any games (that would be plan B: check out some films, e.g. Everything from Scorsese).

No one needs video stores anymore.

You can stream almost anything online these days.

Subject Scorsese, last viewed, The Irishman on Netflix. An incredibly awesome gangster epic with the old faces and a worthy end to his mafia films.

I would then have to subscribe to 3 stream providers (is there a "Until the End of the World" by Wim Wenders?), I prefer to take a film flat at the video store and have more choice - I prefer a video store (so much for "none"; -))

I saw The Irishman in the cinema on a big screen, it disappointed me, I think the older works are more successful. But a matter of taste.
