Are students allowed to borrow?

As can be seen from my question, I would like to know whether it is allowed to borrow something from one's students. I'm a teacher at a vocational school and the students often borrow a few Playstation games. I know a lot of them and I would like to borrow them. I don't want to ask my colleagues especially because it would sound so very strange.

I ask for productive answers.

I played with a teacher at vocational school and occasionally borrowed games. That's something we do privately. The student may not get any benefits from it. It may be that some idiot comes up with the idea to report this and then you have to prove that you do not prefer this student.

I would consider that to be unprofessional.
