Xbox 360 game on Xbox one?

I wanted to buy my nephew an Xbox 360 game with with his account. But to buy an Xbox 360 game on the Xbox One you have to be 18. (For whatever reason…) Can somehow send the money? Any way, or can you somehow buy it without having an Xbox 360?

Backward compatibility allows you to play games that were originally only available on Xbox 360. If you have already had backward compatible games on the Xbox 360 you can play them on the Xbox One as well. You can find the list of backwards compatible games on the internet.
