Transfer Xbox console account to PC app?

How do I get it that I have the same xbox profile from the console on the PC. If I have managed that, I will be able to load my Meincraft world from the Xbox to the PC, but I fail to have my profile on both devices. Can someone help me?

The problem is that this does not work. The email is not recognized
