Bypass Xbox 360 parental controls?

Hello, I found my old Xbox 360 from 2011 today. I wanted to turn it on again to see if a few buddies from back then are still online. Then this message came on my screen (see picture). How can I avoid that? I don't remember the passcode and the passcode question either. What can I do?
