Deactivate XBox live parental controls?

I bought horizon 4 a few days ago, I already played through the tutorial and wanted to play online, but then I got the message this function is blocked by the child protection settings of Xbox Live and I have already deactivated the Terodo filter in my Fritzbox and finally for information i'm at microsoft in a microsoft family i hope you can help me because i don't know what to do anymore.

Have a look at your XBOX Live data protection settings if there's anything wrong. It could be that there's a thing to play online.
