Is it possible to use the hardware of the xbox one - s so motherboard graphics card etc

Reuse and install in a pc? Because my PC is kapput and I want to install the parts.

Are you sure because in the description of xbox one -s is a video card from amd (AMD R7 260x) which is also used for the pc

It's a Semicustom Jaguar APU designed by AMD specifically for the Xbox. It has nothing to do with an R7.
