Why can I no longer log in to xbox live?

When I try to play Shadow of War I can't sign in to Xbox Live, instead I get this weird error code

Does anyone know what that is?

Yes you have to get a ps4

Yes, but on the account I have the subscription model when I open a new one, everything is gone.

Oke the subscription costs 2 euro so it doesn't matter
