So a survival game where you can / must build something. I already have Dead Island.

Could be hard, supposedly there's State of Decax for the 360, is at least specified in the menu that you can copy the score.

Otherwise Dead Rising, Left 4 Dead… No survival games like 7 Days to die, or Dead Island, but Zimbies on mass.
