I have the following problem. I bought an Xbox Controller on July 13th, 1919. The one day after that I changed it. The current one is broken again. How does it look like? Do I get the money back? Because I do not feel like getting a broken controller again!
The dealer has a double right to repair or repair (or just exchange, as happened to you) - that is, under the law, he would again have the opportunity to give a replacement.
Maybe the dealer is also so accommodating and gives you your money back.
I will go there for the next few days, hopefully because that is really annoying!
That's really bad luck. I'm an Xbox player myself and have worn out a lot of controllers, but I've never bought a broken one before.
In your bad luck, however, I would like to know what was wrong with the two controllers and where did you buy it?
