I play Fortnite on the Xbox but have a PC since today but when I downloaded Fortnite and went in I was logged in with my Epic Games account and am therefore noskin without things and therefore my question is whether I can somehow log into my Xbox account can register so that I have all my skins

You can link your XBOX account with Epic Games on the Epic Games page under "Account" → "Connected Accounts" → "Accounts".
