Xbox Series S HDMI 2.0?

My question was Do I need the new console, the Xbox Series S HDMI CONNECTION 2.1 OR 2.0 also have Samsung smart TV BJ 2019 4k with HDR10+ what happens if I would play games with HDMI 2.0. Me about answers Have a nice weekend everyone 😀😀

The Series X will also work with HDMI 2.0. However, certain features can only work under 2.1, but you only know more when it is out. 2.0 can up to 4K with 60Hz. The TV probably doesn't have any more than that. Unless you have one of the QLEDs with 120Hz.

Then 4K 60 is your maximum of what is possible anyway.

And if you ever have to buy a new TV, HDMI 2.1 is definitely the standard.
