I wanted to play a game again and had to log in to Xbox Live but it doesn't work, only 3 windows open that close immediately and I'm not logged in

Can you rule out network / hardware problems? Or is the internet signal strong enough? Our XBox prefers to run via cable instead of W-ALN.

Jap runs over Lan and is strong enough
