Xbox one resets by itself?

Hello i have a problem with my xbox one s. Today I should have done a console update but it didn't work so I tried to do an offline update. This didn't work either and now the start screen came up that you see when you switch on the Xbox for the first time. I can't update here either and keep getting error codes. Does anyone know what I can do?

The only thing that helped was a complete reset of the console.
