Epic Games account gone?

I gambled with my buddy Fortnite two weeks ago. We unsubscribed from this account and then played on his account. When we unsubscribed from his account and wanted to register my acoount again, I had my old account instead of my real account I did not have logged in. I used my new password plus email address as before. When I reported it to support, my gmail was only to give you feedback. I also looked over it all but there no link etz. Where I could have clicked up (except on the link where I could give the support feedback. What should I do now? Ps: I and my buddy have looked at later on a page, if my account still exists and it still exists.
