Are these signs a bad tooth decay?

Last night, for the first time, I noticed so strange white spots and also some slight cracks in the cutting teeth above and below. I'm such a person and google always directly and there it was stage 1 of initial caries. On the other hand many write it can be a flurouse. I'm terribly afraid that it is tooth decay, the dentist appointment is only in 2 weeks

Tears are usually simple fissures in the enamel that are not further tragic (or they are normal) and can certainly wait another 2 weeks.

A tip: do not google and if only follow one motto: it will be the most likely solution and that is usually the least dangerous.

Your teeth seem neat and clean (as far as you can tell from a photo). Do you feel any pain? Are the teeth extremely sensitive to cold?

Normal wear. The white spots are probably because you got too much fluoride like me as a kid. That does not matter.

After tooth decay that does not look. Wait another 2 weeks and ask your dentist. Until then, brush teeth and possibly mouthwash.
