As far as I can tell, the items are either new or used. Because Fruugo is just a market forum where different dealers offer their goods. Whether these sell the original or not, should be in the product description. If there's no noteworthy information there, I would probably prefer to be a little more careful. I have just researched and seen many indignant users who complain about incorrect goods. So if the dealer doesn't seem serious to you, you might want to look around for someone else.
